My Philosophy
At Desert Babies, I’m here to support and guide you through the most amazing life changing experience - parenthood. From pre-birth (antenatal) until toddler age, I can offer tailored advice and services that will complement your personal journey. I believe that every parent deserves to have a positive and empowering experience from birth and beyond, and I’m committed to providing evidence-based care that supports this goal with my nurturing and client focused approach.
My Services
I offer a range of services, including;
- Childbirth education (antenatal classes) and how to prepare you, your body, partner and home for your new arrival (also a great chance to meet other families and develop a network)
- Home visits for feeding support (breastfeeding and bottle feeding - IBCLC qualified Lactation Consultant), sleeping habits, weaning and more
- Baby/child development checks (physical, cognitive, emotional, sensory, speech & language)
- Baby massage for an incredible way to bond with your baby, promote their development and meet other mothers and babies
- Drop in clinics for group discussions, education and regular contact to check on your babies development
- Private 1-2-1 counseling to help you through any difficult times (I’m highly experienced with helping mothers through postnatal depression).

As well as being NHS and IBCLC qualified with 20 years experience, I’m a skilled and caring practitioner and counsellor. I’m passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I’ve helped and supported hundreds of mothers and their babies.
I have two children myself, so I know first hand the challenges that parents face at different stages.
